I am a civil engineer with more than 5 years of experience in range of huge construction projects. I believe my educational background in civil engineering and project management and my work experience in huge construction plants qualifies me for consideration for the position of Civil Project Engineer. I am willing to relocate to Tasmania.

I have found it rather difficult to understand why with my qualifications is it difficult obtaining a payroll position in Hobart, can anyone suggest why this is so? or is it because I stilll reside on the mainland?
