Some Baby Boomers still REALLY want to work, but good old little prejudices and political correctness prevent us from getting a foot in the door again. Should you be an over 50 professional/manager under similar frustrations it might pay to communicate amongst us and create a new platform (website) to present 50+ candidates in a totally separate, raw and honest manner. I have started a group in FaceBook under the name “Wasted Talent” to gauge any interest as well.
