We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Product Manager to evaluate, develop and drive new product introductions into the Australian retail marketplace to generate profitable sales growth. Reporting to the GM, Sales and Marketing, you will contribute to the profitable growth of this business through identifying the product categories, product forms, product specifications, positioning, pricing, packaging, developing trade marketing, POS material and developing the training program for retail staff to effectively sell in these products. As the successful candidate you will: Have a strong product development background and ideally some experience in the health products industry Understand retailing strategies and customer engagement Know TGA regulations and be process and sales driven Have strong project management and negotiating skills that can be utilised in this environment This is an ideal role if you enjoy an entrepreneurial environment, thrives on challenge and excited by working in the wellbeing industry.
