The Team: With a fast growing team of specialist recruitment consultants, we are now searching for a strong team member to focus on end to permanent recruitment. Refreshing, professional, energetic, friendly, ambitious, motivated, fun and focused are some of the words used to describe our team in WA - with a strong mix of new & experienced consultants.
The role: Your purpose will be to provide exceptional services to both candidates and clients whilst delivering permanent recruitment. You will begin focussed on clients in the CBD and south of the river, depending on your background you could be targeting one or more of Office Professionals, HR, Resources, Sales, Management or Construction. Driving new business and providing the 'best' cutting edge service to existing clients is a given.
Duties will include:
- Developing new business through a structured sales approach
- Face to face client meetings, interviews & team meetings
- Carrying out local & national marketing initiatives
- Responsible for the 'end to end' recruitment process

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary Range (Neg.): $52,500 to $70,000 Base + Super + uncapped monthly commissions (OTE $75 to $100k plus)
