This large coal miner with open pit and underground operations in the Bowen Basin is seeking the services of two Reliability Engineers with mobile mining plant equipment experience for a DIDO role. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assisting in continuous improvement programs to develop and implement changes to maintenance practices. Developing, maintaining and compiling asset reliability, critical and condition information necessary for reliability planning, delivery and maintenance strategies. Undertaking asset condition data for critical path analysis to predict maintenance plans of assets. Assisting the team with technical issues on plant equipment. Identifying best practice maintenance performance benchmarks and the underlying drivers for these. Candidate Requirements: Mechanical degree preferred although trade would be considered. Proven track record in reliability / mechanical engineering within mining. Experience with draglines, trucks, shovel, graders etc. Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Strong and effective communication skills - ability to influence. Expect in Return: Attractive salary up to $165,000, plus bonus is on offer.
