Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Property Economics or other relevant fields are essential. Due to the complex nature of the project, experience in built-form development is highly desirable. Other important criteria include; sound written and oral communication skills, a high level of drive and energy and a desire to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project vision and strategy are achieved.
