We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is looking to support a hard working team. The Administrator is a customer focused role taking care of general administration duties but also involves some time within the warehouse. By utilising your advanced communication and administration skills, you will be rewarded by having the great opportunity to liaise with satisfied and energetic customers. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: • Client liaison with new and existing clients • Answer customer queries and follow up issues in a timely manner • Advise clients with deadline procedures and receive final booking sign offs • Booking entries into the preferred system • Coordinate and action customer bookings • Administration support for team • Adhoc duties as required by Manager • Assisting with organising functions • Scheduling repairs and maintenance • Liaising with the technical assistants • Stock control • Data entry Successful candidates will have: • Excellent computer skills • Proven customer service and administration experience within an office environment • Eye for detail • Clear and effective communication; verbally and written • Problem solving skills • Ability to work within a small team in a fast paced high pressured environment whilst always ensuring the customer needs and expectations are met You must be flexible, adaptable and love working within a fast paced environment. You will be able to multitask and be a team player. This role will suit a candidate who has great energy and someone who has the drive to make the role their own which would enable them to ultimately grow their career within the business. You must be willing to get your hands dirty in the warehouse at times and ready for any task that is given.
